When are these spoiled brats going to learn. This clown arrested for being drunk and assault. It sure looks like every personnal problem and injury problem will be explored this year by a lot of players. I have never seen so many players injured and missing in action for so many different issues. It's unbelievable how many players and teams are dealing with issues and we are not even in May. looks like a long season of FAAB pickups and roster managment.

and that puts it all in perspective, the difference between the Haves and the have nots... or the 99% of us and the other 1% who we all so gladly support. This country is becoming more and more a rotting cesspool of morality where the adored, rich, and famous are treated so differently than the rest of us, all because they think, we think, they deserve more than everyone else. If the charges are indeed true, I hope he is banned from the game forever. Selig needs to start doing the right thing.

I think we are lucky Delmon didn't have a bat to throw at the Cop who called him "out"!

I am getting ok at this reading thing. So you at least want to make sure he did it before you take away his livelihood for that. Wow was it you behind getting Wally Backman fired with that attitude?

Putting aside the assault and just focusing on their WORDS, how is this situation different than Ozzie Guillen's ? Miami mgt has the right to fire him b/c he offended the Cuban community (thereby affecting their bottom line), but if Detroit mgmt cut ties w/ Delmon b/c they fear Detroit's Jewish community would be offended and affect theirs than that's just saying "bad words"?

Personally I don't believe either one should lose their job. Everyone gets their panties in a bunch over such stupid crap. I think Rush Limbaugh is a hemorroid on the ass of society. I would never waste a second listening to anything that fat douche has to say, but I believe he has the right to say whatever he wants. If enough morons want to listen to his hateful speech, go for it.

EDIT - in retrospect, Delmon's WORDS (if true) are far worse imo than Guillen's. Ozzie (in a half ass way) was complimenting Castro b/c he had the audacity to stand up to a country as mighty as the USA and stay alive after all these yrs. It sounds like Delmon was just spewing anti semitic BS.
