Josh Beckett will miss his next start this Saturday due to "lat soreness", uh oh...

Update: They just signed Mark Prior, so there may be something more here than meets the eye with Beckett. He's on my team too, so this doesn't bode well for me...

they signed prior to be the mascot for all the boston guys getting hurt. sort of makes you wonder if they all just don't want to play for bobby v. has YOOUUUK played since bobby called him out?
