Just looked and his stats for pitching are showing up in my ME League.. I thought those stats would not count.

It's not counting but I understand the confusion. If you look under stats and sort by Fantasy YTD his pitching stats show up. If you then look at the standings those numbers are not reflected. You will notice one less win in the standings.
