Robertson blows first save
Well that didn't take too long. Robertson gave up a bases loaded sac fly to B.J Upton to blow a 1-0 lead and then a 3 run HR to Matt Joyce who actually fell down at the plate after completing his swing. Looks like a long season for Yankee fans as they join the rest of the MLB teams on the closer volatility carousel .

Panic will set in and those that spent hundreds on Robertson will now spend big on Soriano if hes available to handcuff them. Soriano will get his fair share, if not the job eventaully.

I watched the post game interviews the night that Mo got hurt and reporters asked Robertson if he could get the job done and he said that he wasn't sure that he was ready to do the job. Those are not the words that you want to hear from your "heir apparent" closer!!

I agree that Soriano will get his chance. Thankfully I picked him up in one of my leagues last week for cheap...

Everyone needs to relax, Robertson was due he hadn't given up a run since like last August....he will be fine.
Sometimes I'm good and sometimes I'm bad....but I always try real hard.
