Do the Cubs really need a closer?

I mean don't you have to WIN to need a closer? ;)

That's a good point blind squirrel! As a Cubs fan, we knew they were going to bad this year as they are in rebuilding mode, but this is just pathetic. The Illinois Lottery has new Cubs White Sox and Cardinals scratch offs and I am telling everyone to boycott the Cubs scratchers until they prove they can actually play baseball!

the cubs have been rebuilding for 150 years- but man what a marketing department. went to the sox game on thursday and they hit 6 homers- 4 against a 25 mph wind. cubs might not hit 6 homers this month. maybe a miracle will happen in the next 10 years- but right now i don't see it. cubs fans deserve a winner but i just can't see it.
