Strange, Successfull and Depressing Fantasy Day

Being the gambler that I am, I decided to roll the dice and go after a couple of extra starts this week. Here's how I did:
Hughes - 5.1 IP 11.81 ERA 2.063 Whip 3 K's
Arroyo - 4.0 IP 9.00 ERA 2.25 Whip 0 K's
Fister - 5.0 IP 9.00 ERA 2.25 Whip 1 K
Now you throw in the Jered Weaver injury and you may as well write this team off, right? Yes, but you throw in Chris Sales gem, 3 saves and some decent hitting numbers and it turns out ok.
The problem is this team has no SP depth to absorb the loss of Weaver. It had a very nice advantage at ERA and Whip which has disappeared. There is now no margin for error and most likely no Weaver. This is the one guy on this team that I absolutely could not afford to lose.
I guess this is my mini blog of (one of) my teams day yesterday from the NFBC XII. It moved from 7th in the overall standings to 2nd, but any enjoyment has been massively tempered. I hope everyone had a nice Memorial day weekend.
