All season I've made bids each week in all 12 leagues. This week, bids in just 6 of 12 - and those were sparse, minimal bids.

Can't recall a period like this in past years where the pool so drained. Even with the short week, a surprising lack of talent. That or I was just sleeping ...

There were no hitters. I guess it makes sense that after the break a bunch of new guys aren't going to suddenly earn playing time in those three days; all the promising hitters were picked up the week before.

I thought there were some nice pitching options, both for short term pitchers and rehabbing types.
