On the Overall Standings pages for each of the contests, it would be nice to see how many spots a team moved up or down from the previous day.
The way it is now only gives the + or - point change from the previous day under the CHANGES column on the far right (which is nice to see) - but not how many spots a team moved up or down with these + or - points from the previous day.
Maybe inside the RANK column you could put how many spots a team moved up or down from the previous day.
An example would be, if a team moved up 3 spots from the previous day from the 10th spot to the 7th spot, the RANK column would look like this: 7 (+3) or if a team moved down 5 spots from the previous day: 101 (-5)
So, my suggestion is to keep the far right CHANGES column as is - but add how many spots a team moved up or down from the previous day to the RANK column.
