112 Owners In Line For $75,000 Classic/XII Bonus

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Fri Dec 28, 2012 11:32 am

One of the nice features we have in the NFBC is a pair of $75,000 cash bonuses that can be won on top of the grand prizes if anyone can win two of our national titles. It sounds like a very tough accomplishment, but tell that to Lindy Hinkelman of Greencreek, Idaho. He won the $75,000 cash bonus in 2009 for winning our Main Event overall title and the Online Championship overall title and he finished with a total payout that year of $241,300.

We are again offering the Classic/Online Championship $75,000 cash bonus this year and I'll start a separate signup thread for that one shortly. We had several people battling for that double-double last year, but unfortunately nobody snagged it. Let's do "The Lindy" again this year.

We also have a $75,000 cash bonus available to anyone who can win the 15-Team Classic and the NFBC XII overall titles. The goal here, just like the previous one, is to reward owners who can dominate in the 15-team format and in the 12-team format. This one is definitely doable as the NFBC XII finished with 252 teams last year and this year's goal is 300 teams. Dave Potts almost pulled this off last year as he finished 1st in the Classic and 3rd in the NFBC XII. Chad Schroeder was actually in first place in both Main Events for 2+ months last year before eventually finishing 2nd in the Classic and 4th in the NFBC XII.

With this one definitely being achievable and with so many good owners locking in their Classic teams, it's time to post a list of those owners who are in line for this $75,000 Main Event cash bonus. I'll update this list as new members sign up, but remember that there are no Events Fees or co-manager fees if you compete in both of these events. See ya there.

We're now up to 22 owners doing both Main Events for a shot at $150,000 in grand prizes and the $75,000 cash bonus. We'll waive the Events Fees and co-manager fees for anyone adding an NFBC XII to their Classic signup, so just contact me at [email protected] to make that happen. I'll also get this set up under our Special Packages section on Registration to make it easier. C'mon, let's fill up the NFBC XII this year and really grow this contest going forward. Thanks all.

Here's the updated list of owners doing both Main Events:

Re: 36 Owners In Line For $75,000 Classic/XII Bonus

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Mon Jan 28, 2013 9:22 am

We now have 36 owners with teams in the 15-Team Classic and the 12-Team NFBC XII. These 36 owners have a shot at $10,500 in league prizes, $150,000 in grand prizes and the $75,000 cash bonus for winning both Main Events!! That's a pretty sweet deal for $2,500 in entries. Come on, let's fill up the NFBC XII as well and get two HUGE Main Events!!

Remember, we'll waive the Events Fees and co-manager fees for BOTH MAIN EVENTS if you take entries in both contests. Now let's get busy and fill both of these up!! Let's see who really is the best owner in both the 15-team and 12-team formats. Good luck all and THANKS.

Question about the bonus if you win both main events and have a co manager in one event and are by yourself in the other do you still qualify for the bonus? If so does you co manager get a piece of the bonus 25% for tax purposes?

It is the registered owner who gets the payout for either even or for bonus - how you split it up is your business

Re: 50 Owners In Line For $75,000 Classic/XII Bonus

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Fri Feb 08, 2013 3:05 pm

We're getting more and more owners jumping in for the $150,000 in grand prizes and the $75,000 cash bonus. So far, so good!! We have 50 owners in for this bonus so far and I'm sure we'll top 100 when all is said and done. Thanks all and good luck to all.

Remember, there's no Events Fee or co-manager fees for either of these contests if you take one of each. So if you already have one Classic team, please consider adding an NFBC XII. Then you have a chance at $230,000+ in prizes if you can dominate the 15-team and 12-team formats. Thanks.

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Thu Feb 21, 2013 7:03 am

As we get closer to a sellout in the NFBC Main Event, we're also adding owners to the NFBC XII (12!!!) Main Event as well. We now have 67 owners who are saving on NO EVENTS FEES OR CO-MANAGER FEES by adding this 12-team Main Event to their weekend of fun. Listen, for $2,500 you have a shot at $150,000 in grand prizes, $10,500 in league prizes and a $75,000 cash bonus!! Plus the NFBC TWELVE will have 300 or fewer teams vying for the overall title. It's a great ROI!!

Add this contest to your weekend of fun and we'll wipe off any additional fees from that lone Classic team. Contact me at [email protected] and we'll get you in this great contest as well. 67 owners are already doing two Mains; join the fun!!

Okay, who's ready to swoop in and win this NFBC XII (you know how to pronounce it now ;) ) $50,000 grand prize and $75,000 cash bonus for winning both overall titles? You know you can do it.

Okay, I hope I have everyone on this list. I lost track when I was in Phoenix over the weekend for the LABR Auctions. But let's get 100+ owners on this list and really have some fun watching someone win $150,000 in grand prizes, $10,500 in league prizes and the $75,000 cash bonus for winning both overall titles. C'mon, we've already paid for this insurance policy. The least one of you folks can do is win it!!!

Good luck all and keep the NFBC XII signups coming in. It's called the NFBC TWELVE AND IT'S OUR 12-TEAM MAIN EVENT!!! :D

We're having a nice day for the NFBC XII as several owners who are already in the NFBC Classic are adding the second part of the doubleheader to their weekend of fun. We now have 90+ owners doing both Mains and we trust that total will top 100 soon enough. Very nice. Thanks all and let's keep filling up those NFBC XII leagues. We love 'em!!!
