Mat Gamel Out For The Season

This might not be big news in fantasy baseball, but it's definitely a big blow for the Brewers. They already lost Corey Hart for 6-8 weeks with a knee injury and now Mat Gamel is out for the season with another knee injury.

His ADP in the NFBC was 451. The Brewers could use Alex Gonzalez or Taylor Green there, but neither is a good option. Hunter Morris needs a full year at Triple-A, but he could be rushed up now. We'll see.
Oh boy. Not good for the Brewers!!!

They can go get Kila or someone to fill in for a month. I don't think this will make or break them.

Well, that bodes well for Carlos Gomez's prospect of a full season of ABs, without nobody threatening on stealing his playing time , while in a slump..., like moving Aoki to CF and Hart to RF with Gamel @ 1st base, and such and so... Gomez can hit 5th or 6th where he can drive more runs and still swipe around 40 bases..., my 2 cents..

So true. Gamel was nice but not a difference maker. They'll just fill the gap for a month with a minor trade or playing musical chairs within the organization.
