We're getting closer and closer to D-Day everyone, so it's time to set some deadlines so that we can get our draft picks. The first step in this process is closing out every league perfectly. Then it's setting those KDS preferences. And then it's letting the computer randomly select the leagues and draft orders. And finally it's going through those draft preferences and announcing the draft orders. THEN THE FUN BEGINS!!

With the First Weekend just two weeks away, it's time to set our KDS deadlines. Let's give you as much time as possible, while still allowing us enough time to get this all done. Here's what we have now for the First Weekend:

NFBC KDS Deadlines For First Weekend:
Main Event for March 23rd: KDS Deadline is Thursday, March 14th, 9 am ET
Auction Leagues March 22 & 24: KDS Deadline is Wednesday, March 13th, 9 am ET
NFBC XII for March 22-24: KDS Deadline is Thursday, March 14th, 9 am ET
NFBC Super for March 23-24: KDS Deadline is Sunday, March 17th, 9 am ET
NFBC Diamond League on March 23: KDS Deadline is Sunday, March 17th, 9 am ET
NFBC Diamond League on March 24: KDS Deadline is Monday, March 18th, 9 am ET
NFBC Ultimate Auction on March 24: KDS Deadline is Sunday, March 17th, 9 am ET
NFBC Ultimate Draft League on March 25: Deadline is Tuesday, March 19th, 9 am ET

NFBC Main Event and NFBC XII on March 27: Deadline is Tuesday, March 19th, 9 am ET

NFBC Main Event on March 30: KDS deadline is Thursday, March 21st, 9 am ET
NFBC XII on March 29-30: KDS deadline is Thursday, March 21st, 9 am ET
NFBC Auctions on March 29-30: KDS deadline is Wednesday, March 20th, 9 am ET
Supers March 29-30: KDS deadline is Thursday, March 21st, 9 am ET

Okay, that should do it. We'll do our best to stagger the draft announcements of the two Diamond Leagues and the Ultimate League so that folks can see their draft spots before we finalize the next leagues. We know some of you are in multiple events and you want a little time to adjust your KDS preferences to help you in the later drafts. Same with the Main Events with that Wednesday one inbetween. We'll do our best with the XIIs too between the Friday March 22nd and the Sunday, March 24th ones. We'll extend the KDS deadlines a bit for the latter dates if needed.

We never really lock the KDS preferences, but these deadlines let you know that anytime after these dates we can set up the league and run the preferences. We'll do our best to communicate all of this next week and the week after that, but just set your mental deadlines as seen above and work accordingly. We'll make this all work and get draft spots to everyone in the 7 day period ahead of your draft date. For the big money leagues, we might go 5-7 days beforehand to give you a little more time to prepare those preference lists.

We're heading toward the finish line as far as signups are concerned, so let's make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to the First Weekend Main Event. Let's set our KDS preferences by Thursday of this week. We'll decide shortly what day we are going to pick the draft spots for the NFBC Classic and NFBC XII shortly and once we finalize that then we can finalize the KDS deadlines for the Super, Diamonds and Ultimate Draft League. The dates above are tentative for those three contests (Ultimate Auction is fine). Thanks all.

Just bumping this up for everyone as a reminder because I almost forgot! Greg, to be clear, the MTM Super is going to be a LIVE KDS draw just prior as last year, correct? Kent was inquiring, and I wanted to make sure that everyone else was clear on this as well. Thanks.

Since you did it that way last year and everyone was cool with it, I'm cool with it. You and Tom can definitely coordinate that as he will need to set up the draft order just before the draft starts. Good luck.

There is a March 22nd, 12 team Super that is not listed below. Is this lumped in with the 23-24th Supers? When will this league be released?
