Latest NewsRecent News: Aubrey Huff said that he's "pretty much retired."Huff, 36, was hoping to get an invitation to spring training from someone, but he's now content staying at home with his family. "I have no regrets," he said. "I love it. I’m having a great time with my wife and kids. I don’t even have an itch to pick up a baseball bat. I wondered if I’d feel that desire when everybody reported to spring training, but I didn’t." Huff's career, if it is indeed over, ended with a whimper, but he still would finish with a career .278/.342/.464 batting line and 242 home runs over 13 seasons. Mar 7 - 8:09 PM

I wouldn't necessarily think it would be a bad idea for the Yanks to give him a call. A lefty stick with multiple (albeit poor) defensive experience at 1B, 3B and OF. AL East experience as well. A minor league/ low incentive based offer would be acceptable in my opinion.
