2 NFBC Style Drafts On SiriusXM Wednesday

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Tue Mar 12, 2013 3:29 pm

If you are interested in following some draft results tomorrow and you subscribe to SiriusXM, turn to the Fantasy Channel 210/87 tomorrow afternoon. Starting at 2 pm ET, 12 of us will be competing in an on-air 12-Team NFBC style draft. Tom and I actually have the first 2 picks and the entire draft will be covered live on the air from 2 to 5 pm ET. We'll make comments on our early round picks and then keep the draft moving after that. Should be fun.

This draft includes the lovely Kay Adams and many other SiriusXM hosts. Here's the lineup card:

1. STATS-Kessenich
2. NFBC/Ambrosius
3. Ray Flowers
4. Dan Clasgens, Fantistics Insider Baseball
5. KayAdams
6. Fantasy Alarm, Ted Schuster
7. Fantasy Alar, Jeff Mans
8. Dr.Roto
9. RotoWire - Peter Schoenke
10. Rotowire - Kevin Payne
11. Jeff Rickard
12. Colton & the Wolfman

Then at 7 pm ET, Tom and I will host STATS Fantasy Advantage and we'll run a 15-team NFBC style mock draft live on the air. We'll get through as many rounds as possible during that time with some NFBC owners participating. Should be fun. Tom and I have the first 2 picks in that one as well and nothing will change from draft to draft!! Gotta love it.

Tune in tomorrow and enjoy. Live drafts on SiriusXM...NFBC style!! :D

We have two people who haven't signed up yet for the STATS Fantasy Advantage draft at 7 pm ET. If you want to slide in and join us on the air tonight, grab one of these two spots. It's being held on MockDraftCentral.com. Thanks.

For those who want to follow the 2 pm ET draft online you can do so with the link below:

This league will be played out so it isn't a mock. Should be a lot of fun. I can't wait to draft Braun at No. 1. :)

Pretty sure he is grabbing a couple of the last NFBC main spots so he can show us his fantasy prowess.

It was the peer pressure, wasn't it?

Thanks to all of our NFBC guys who volunteered to draft in the NFBC Mock Draft tonight. Agreed, the player default list on MDC.com was BRUTAL. It was impossible to find players and hosting the show made it tough to talk and pick at the same time. You guys did great and Andy Saxton, Rob Giese and George Puhl were fantastic guests on the air. Great job everyone. Very nice talking about your picks.

Okay, enough of that. Let's fill up these last leagues now and get draft spots announced this weekend. Thanks all.
