March Madness Bracket Pool??

As I watch all of these NCAA Conference tournaments this weekend, it's gotten me excited to fill out my bracket next week before heading to Las Vegas. I do this every year for a few bucks, but it would be more fun to compare my smarts with you folks. Anyone interested in joining an NFBC style NCAA Bracket Pool? I'm sure we could use a site that would score just our core of players.

Anyone interested in a small entry in a winner-take-all or pay Top 3 format? Could be fun.

My brother runs a bracket one - all automated online, live scoring

All he needs is an email to send an invite to. He normally gets 100+ to enter. Bracket pts gained are juiced up but it creates great swings.

If you think it'll work we can enter there - all being eligible for the big prize - but also hold our own informal internal contest. All we'd need to do is list/track the user names listed here. Just a thought

Yeah, there are plenty of options online to do this and I know there's enough interest to get this going. Let's do it. My thinking was that it would be cool if we had NFBC guys and their friends in one setting with someone holding onto the entry fees and paying out prizes. That's not anything we do here, but it would be fun to smack talk amongst ourselves during these next 3 weeks of action. I suck at these, but they're too much fun not to do and it will be fun being with some of you folks in the sportsbook next weekend.

Heck, I'd be up for throwing in an entry and knocking heads with you folks. Any thoughts?

If it's run through Lee then he'll need an email address so you can set up an account on tournamentpools .com . After that fill in the brackets online and you're off. If someone also wants to be included in a side bet with us then they'd just have to put their Bracket NAME here and we'd be able to keep track of everything thru the site. The cost is 50 beans with everything going back minus the site fee. If we do a side bet kind of deal then we'd have to handle THAT $ separately.

OR someone just runs a regular one not involving the above contest. Like I said just a thought. It become a little more expensive with my brother but still HALF the cost of a slow draft

BUT if you win the WHOLE thing, you're taking home the OVERALL prize too.

I usually run one with cbs with friends. Would be happy to run a seperate one for NFBC

What are you thinking? $25.....or $50? Something like that?

I just created one on CBS...you can customize of course the rules.........up to you. I'd be happy to do it tho

I set this up on CBS.......if you want to join..you need to set up a CBS fantasy acct if you havent yet. That doesnt take long and is free of course.

I am good with whatever entry fee. Was thinking $25 or so...but am open to more or less. Max of two entries.

$25 per entry- 2 entry max per person
80% to first place
20% to second place
last place gets their money back
