Currently, the software is not letting me take out a pitcher that is pitching in the Sunday night game and replace him for the week starting Monday. Will I be able to do that?

I can't replicate this problem. I have Harrison pitching Sunday night and I can replace him on the Mon Apr 1st line-up.

Just double checking that Monday is a new week and we can swap out pitchers?

I don't think it counts as a separate week, but will let Greg/Tom weigh in.
If it does, I'll swap in an Astros reserve hitter. :D

It is in the rules guys just as an FYI...

First Lineup Deadlines for Week 1: The MLB season starts on Sunday, March 31 this year and that game will be considered Week 0. Owners can set their starting lineups for that game only and then switch starting lineups on Monday, April 1st for all of the Week 1 games. Lineups for Week 1 will lock as described above.

It IS a separate week. You can change batters and pitchers on Monday.
