I agree that is earlier than I would take him, but if I am picking fourth and I really want him and know he isn't going to be there in round 2, I'd do the same thing.

Well...some people still beileve in Ryan Braun :mrgreen:

I have #4 tonight in a Super. Cano seems the popular choice, but I'm also looking at a couple different options.

Had the #5 pick in league 5 in NY Main Event and thought it was a lock to get Harper there. Terry Haney grabbed him at #4 right before me! Never thought he would be gone that early! Wound up taking Kemp instead :shock:

Personally I think people are overoptimistic about Bryce Harper for 2013. I see him as a second round pick. The sky's the limit for this kid, but I don't think he reaches stratospheric levels yet this year. That said, if you believe that he will and that he's the best option on the board at #4 or #5, then it is the right move to take him. He was not going to get back to you for a late second pick selection.

Surprised me too rich but terry knows his stuff so i am assuming he will prove his value
