Got him for $35 in my NY Auction. I tought I was a lock to get him in the NY ME at pick #5 but Terry Haney(on phone) took him at #4. Had to settle for Kemp. Well, 1out of 2 ain't bad.

lol on rich still being sore on that miss at the main saturday.

Andy, I have gotten over losing out on Harper to Terry Haney but still find it hard to believe that he wasn't there at #5. At least I'm glad I went the extra buck on him in the Friday Auction and also got him in my NL-only auction league for $39! I think I would have taken him as high as the #2 draft spot if I had it(yes,even over Braun-Biogenesis is a big risk). Guess we'll never know.

I get what you're implying Todd and it's sooo early, but I have the haunting feeling that my original plan of taking Harp 8th overall the 1st wkend will be a decision I regret Not doing. I NEVER would've imagined Cano would be available so I pulled the trigger on the Yankee 2B.

I did take Harp 3rd overall in one of the last satellites of the yr (yes over Tom's BFF) that created some buzz in the draftroom

Actually wasn't implying anything other than taking a poke at Doughboys and his disdain for "on pace" as well as fishing for "heh" on the 0 steals part.
