CAN'T CUT LIST

Greg and Tom,
Can you guys please post a "can't cut list."
I would like to avoid the problem we had last year with Barry Bonds (dropped and bid on for $601 faab then reversed).
I think it would help everyone to know which players will not be available via FAAB bids.
