62....the number has become relevant again. Not since the great seasons of mcgwire and sosa have much thought been given to 62. As a kid, it seemed impossible for someone to hit 62 hr's and then came the steroid era.
now thst mlb has "cleaned things up" 62 has significant meaning again. KRod saved 62 games a few years back and this year, theres a chance the number gets beaten.
For fantasy owners who grabbed grilli late...great bargain! While it is not as exciting as watching balls fly out of the yard, it doesn't seem to be rooted in steroids...even if he is represented by Sheffield. :)
