Sick of Cishek

Please explain to me why Cishek is still being brought into clutch situations with the game on the line? And don't answer that there is not a pitcher more capable because there is. I know he started pitching better in non-save or non-game-on-the-line situations, but it's not working for him right now. I'm sure Cub fans wondered the same about Marmol for years too.
