Rules Question
Do I have to start a full lineup? Can I go with an empty MI position if I want to?

Re: Rules Question
The mechanism won't let you submit an incomplete lineup.
I'm not sure what happens if you drop an active player and don't pick up someone at the same spot but going forward, you won't able to change any other positions without submitting a legal lineup.

Re: Rules Question
I would imagine they would either reverse the move that left you incapable of fielding a legal lineup or make you drop someone else in lieu of the dropped player that left you incapable of fielding a legal lineup.Outlaw wrote:What happens if you are missing a lineup spot?Glenneration X wrote:Yes on the first question, no on the 2nd.Hells Satans wrote:Do I have to start a full lineup? Re: Rules Question
I wont tell you why I know the answer (
) but I can tell you that you have to contact Greg/Tom and they will add the player that you dropped back to your lineup, let you keep the player you picked up and force you to drop a different player from your roster. that player can not be a player that you just picked up.

Re: Rules Question
If it's an option for you, a DL player can be put into a slot where you prefer to get a Zero for the period.
I've noticed on my own team that putting Uggla and Prado in my reserve and replacing them with DL players has gained me 4 spots in batting average in just one week.
