Lowry was behind on money spent last year and wasn't liking what was going on and when he let lose on that spending spree it was mighty impressive, thought he was like a drunken sailor in a whore house, he just kept spending and spending, but in the end it worked out for him. Looks like Rog and Dan going let him run wild from the start this year.
