Brady Tinker To Be Auctioneer Both Weekends

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Fri Jan 31, 2014 11:13 am

Okay, it took a little arm twisting (yeah right!! ), but we've convinced our favorite auctioneer to be in Las Vegas for the big activities in Las Vegas on both weekends of March Madness. Our man Brady Tinker is booked and ready to help us on the Second Weekend in Las Vegas and will likely do the AL and NL Auctions, at least one Ultimate Auction and the Diamond League. When he says "SOLD" he means it!!

Brady will also be with us the First Weekend in Las Vegas as he's hooking up with some old friends for March Madness and working with us. He will handle the Friday auctions on the First Weekend when we fill them, so let's get busy there folks. And then he'll be back with us for the Thursday Night NCAA Viewing Party and all of the Second Weekend events.

I'm sure this will be well received as Brady is the best auctioneer in the business. And he makes the Diamond League fun as well. See ya there and enjoy.

I'll resurrect this thread from last year because the message is the same as last year: Brady Tinker will be back for both weekends in Las Vegas!! We have him working the big events on the First Weekend, including the Platinum, Diamond Auction, Diamond Draft, AL Auction and NL Auction. He's coming back the Second Weekend for both auctions and the Main Events as well.

Brady has been with me in Las Vegas for the NFBC and NFFC events since 2004. He's even been there when I had to leave for a family emergency and he's become the best auctioneer in the business. We're glad to have him and if you know Brady he's glad to be back as well. His back isn't glad to be back (don't fret if you see him lying on the floor during the auctions, he's just stretching out his back), but he will make it through everything!! The Bellagio hot tubs will cure whatever ails him!! 8-)

Hope you like this news. It's all starting to come together now in all of the cities. Now we just need your signups!!!

Greg,

I thought this would be an appropriate place to give a plug for the live events and especially the auctions. Last year was my first year jumping into one of the live events with the AL Only auction. I was hesitant at first not being quite sure how well it would be run. But the experience exceeded my expectations, even though my team's outcome was less than desirable! Everything was run professionally and Brady really does do a great job as auctioneer. Very clear, concise and respectful to everyone in the room. I enjoy the online drafts but nothing beats the excitement of a live draft, and to do it in Vegas at the Bellagio no less. I'm returning again this year and adding the NL Only auction as well. Now double the pressure to really step up my game. Tons of competition with a really knowledgeable group of owners. Quoting Bart Scott, "Can't Wait!"

Dave
