I've been told mr childs is the man when it comes to AL auctions. He's won what 3 of them? Impressive credentials indeed! This will make my victory one of the sweeter ones in recent memory.

PA - anyone know where I can get actual AL only prices from last years auction!

I think that changes this year.

Shawn's LABR AL bids will be in USA Today for all to see March 20th. Make sure you pick up a copy for the flight out to Sin City!!

While I can't really argue the cigarettes part, I do take umbrage with Doughy's inaccurate portrayal of the likely narrative and Juprinka's poor choice of pictures to characterize this scene.

I see this playing out more like the following......


The charming and debonair Glenn Lowy strikes fear in the draft room by proclaiming.....
"I bid 58 on Trout, Mike Trout."

While his love interests wait by the Bellagio bar and pool in baited breath.......
