With the few exceptions of players not being loaded in the MDC database, I think our draft went well. I have been burned the last two years with picking an ace in the second round - problem has been the ace has played like a deuce...last year Ben Sheets, this year, Jake Peavy. Now, I'm not sure what to think of my team, seems solid in some areas, weak in others. If anyone is interested in comparing or analyzing, here is my team:

Not overly happy with my SP. I also think I reached for my OF. If Patterson's forearm is ok, it would help me out greatly. My RPs are lowsy!

My son managed to land Barrett and Pierzynski as my two catchers. Outside of some clubhouse issues from that move I was happy with what he accomplished. Good luck guys, it was a nice way to pass a few hours.

This team/league has yet to appear under my Screename. Another draft online tonight. Hope the people at STATS will be able to load all the info so that we can make lineup changes by what I think is tomorrows deadline.

I told Greg and Tom that they should GET Puffins to take care of this, but...the slower and more expensive "established" option seems to be the choice :rolleyes:



Can't wait to hear the hue and cry from those who needed to get it done early, then don't have access after the time STATS chooses to GET off their lazy butts and get it done!! (A job which I could have had done by my little old self less than an hour after the Monday night drafts were completed.)

AX....... guess PUFFINS has his hands full trying to right the YANKEE ship.
