Yes they are. You can set your line up including these stats prior to the Sunday night game.

And yes you should definitely take Van Slyke over Trout.

My understanding is (and it may be wrong) Set your lineups by Sunday 3/30 and they will include the game on the 30th, and the 2 games in Australia. Set your Lineup again on Monday 3/31 and it will include games Monday 3/31- Sunday 4/6.
