For those of us in this league drafting by phone:

1. Do all phone ins go to one number as a conference call or do we each call a unique number?

2. If we're able to follow the draft online, does that mean we can make our picks online, load a queue, and load our custom pre-ranked list of players?

We'll send out the phone number to use later today.

The online portion is for the online draft board only. You make your picks on the phone and you'll be responsible for updating the list of players who have been taken etc. That is not done online because you are not using the draft room. This is a teleconference draft with Las Vegas.

So it's one phone number and all phone ins will be able to hear each other and if we can't hear the picks made by live drafters there's a dedicated phone administrator who will repeat the pick for those of us on the phone?

You'll be connected to the draft here in Vegas with a facilitator announcing the picks. The facilitator will make sure you hear the picks and your picks are heard by the players here. These drafts run extremely smoothly. I would not anticipate there being any issues as long as you make sure to call in 10-15 minutes before the draft starts. Do that and you'll be all good to go.
