Alright, let's see if we can do this again!

Rules:
• 4 round draft on the message board
• draft any main event team other than your own or another team in your league (to avoid any conflict of interest)
• draft slots will be assigned randomly
• roto scoring with 2 categories: (1) highest rank team, and (2) combined points of all teams
• in the event of a tie, the owner with the highest rank personal team (not a draft the drafters team) wins
• $100 entry via paypal or check scan
• winner-take-all less $100; 2nd place wins a 2015 entry

We'll plan on a Friday start and complete the draft this weekend. Last season we had 16 drafters, but we can have more or less teams as demand dictates.

OK, that makes 10. Looks like we'll have a shorter draft this year, but I did get a late start posting.

I'll have someone pick the draft order randomly tomorrow.

If anyone else wants to jump in post below, or even after we pick positions we could tack them on to the end of the draft.

We'll pick draft slots in a couple hours ... anyone else want a spot before we get underway selecting the top 40 main event teams of 2014 ?

FYI, if you think you're behind in looking at the teams, I haven't looked at one yet ... doesn't take too much time to flip over some top owners and find a team that stands out.

As someone who thinks the 1st pick is a huge advantage, I was looking for a solid player with MIke Trout on his team. Look no further than Hall of Famer Shawn Childs who also happened to roster a poor man's Billy Hamilton with Emilio Bonafacio. This could be the year for the Texierra loving man from Cape Cod.

Rob went with Stadt's Vegas team, then a shocker with the previously undrafted owner in the history of DD drafts, Mike Massotto !!! I'll go with Dough's second weekend Trout-Fernandez team, that's an unbeatable and dangerous starting combo in the hands of someone that isn't going to blow the edge.

Lowy is jumping into the fray! Two picks when you're ready Glenn. Knuckle, you can still go if you beat him to the punch.
