Hall of Fame

I'm one of the people who believe players like Pete Rose, Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens etc should not be in the HOF.
In the past I've suggested they could have a wing at the HOF called the "Hall of Shame" and I could live with that. My idea has been ridiculed as unworkable.
How about a new idea which would be much easier for baseball types to get their heads around:
Add a DL to the Hall of Fame. Tell these bums it's the usual old DL but the sign over the wing they're in could read "Dishonored List"
It's better than an asterisk, isn't it?
