Not able to drag the players as they sit to create a new order... or does it not matter..

Not sure what you mean

If you are looking at LH column will all X (C for example) you click the small blue LH symbol and that name now appears in RH column - where you can add conditional bids (for a string of bids to get one X to replace the player you put in the drop box

Once you have a group you click the red X to finish that group and can start another - players in the group have up (green) or down (red) arrows - click once and they move in that direction etc

You can change bid amounts by clicking that box, change and then hit enter

The free agent pages are just plain slow so far today. This may be part of your problem.
