Fills in a lot of the missing details of Bruans PED USE back to college, his test he beat, Cornwell, etc... Was done under deposition where he could be charged with perjury if found to be lying. Being Nice, Bruan is one big Weasel....
Bruan now trying to get this video legally removed/shutdown, but, its all over now...

Once again confirming what we already knew ▬ Braun is a self-centered POS who's only concern is trying to make the general public believe that he isn't. Wish they would ban Braun and ARod for life.

Just bustin' ballz bout Jeets, who else would...Dobies

and at least you had the sense to get rid of the Costner avatar. Seriously eff Kevin Costner. The worst snub in history of Academy Awards (and there have been many) is Dances w/ Wolves over Goodfellas.
As far as this infatuation you have w/ Braun all I can say is WHO GIVES A SHIT ? I don't like the guy either but I don't effing care what he shot up his ass, smeared on it, ate, drank...WHO CARES?!!! This little greaseball Ralphie is just wanting the same as the rest...$$$.
When I read of how much $ the gov't spent on trying to prove Bonds perjured himself it makes me want to vomit. Utter BS. Again, who cares?! People are out here suffering w/ real problems and they deem taking down Bonds as a major priority. The 540 biggest assholes in the world are the US congress and the 5 dbag Supreme Court justices that said a corporation is a person

(Amazing that a corporation has more rights than women do in this country).
Ortiz did peds, but b/c he's so goshdarn lovable he gets a free pass...plus the evidence he did'em wasn't supposed to see the light of day. Too bad Papi, you're a cheater. We know that a vast majority did peds in that era so why single out Braun? If the piss-collector is willing to forgive him who the hell am I to hold a grudge?
I'd be willing to bet that 98% of the stuff you post on this MB is related to peds. Where's Todd Z at w/ his calculator ?

that "corporations are people" has about 200 years of case law behind it. google and read. making contracts is one reason. and it is "like people" not the same as "people"

I'm not nearly as smart (or funny) as this guy so take it away Ken Tremendous -
This is a slippery slope. Corporations have religious beliefs, they're "people"...before you know it a corporation marries a box turtle!
I dated a corporation for a while in my 20s. Liked how interested it was in politics, but its religious beliefs were a problem. We ended it.
Also, I didn't want kids right away and the corporation refused to use birth control. That was an issue.
But honestly, if you're tired of trying to make it work with human women, I'd recommend dating a corporation, just as a change of pace.
Pros of dating a corporation: rich, exempt from any law they don't feel like following, some of them make cool stuff like computers or cars.
Cons of dating a corporation: can be cold and distant, sometimes owned by thousands of people, no corporeal form.
The important thing to remember if you and your corporation are fighting is: they're people, just like everyone else. They have feelings.
Don't assume if you're dating a corporation that they'll be all cool and hip. Not all of them are Apple. Some are more "Intel" or "Nestle."
Every corporation is different. You have to get to know them, what they like, how they feel, what emotions they have in different situations
What makes one corporation happy might not make another one happy. Some are romantic, some emotional, some are tough and more "alpha."
Some corporations like beach vacations, some like to be in cities. Some like jewelry, some just want to have dinner with you.
I think a real mistake people make when dating corporations is that they don't treat them like individuals.
Corporations are not just "pieces of ass" or "baby makers." They have thoughts and interests and feelings. Remember that.
Anyway the point of all of this is the Supreme Court says corporations are people and that's fucking stupid good night

i am guessing kenny is a comedian- not a legal scholar. when you need brain surgery- please go to him instead of a brain surgeon- should be a riot when you wake up.

Rockit, corporations are indeed made up of people, and the recent case in question didn't cover all corporations, only the smaller type businesses. The case is just the latest indication that Obamacare will never work. Meanwhile the country continues to unravel as some leftists groups call for the assassination of Supreme Court justices.
As for Braun, it's further confirmation that the guy is a fraud, but at this point it's merely piling on after the play is already over.

Outlaw Mike, I really was just kiddin' about Jeter. I confess that this guy that has come forward in an obvious money grab to make Braun look bad (as if we don't all already know) got under my skin when he described my city as "
the shitstain in LA's underwear". I don't think anyone would like to hear their home described that way.
HeadHunter Mike, no I'm not a legal scholar, but I have something called COMMON SENSE. I also do something very uncommon in these times - I put myself in other people's shoes (metaphorically of course

). So although I am a man, I can imagine what it must feel like for women in this country now that the highest court in the land has abandoned them for the rich & powerful...what a shock. I guess Gordon Gekko won after all.
btw, "Kenny" is a very funny guy, and if you are a baseball fan you should look him up on twitter (unless you're a big Joe Morgan fan, then disregard what I just said

).
Ken, we'll hafta agree to disgree. At least we have the Phils
We are not all going to agree on politics that is for sure. It's why there is saying about polite people not talking about politics & religion. I met a man in Vegas last yr who I'm guessing is not aligned w/ me politically or baseball wise. He's a damn Braves fan after all ! But you know what, Wayne Edwards is one of the friendliest men I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
So, to borrow a quote from President Obama

we can disagree without being disagreeable ! Or at least that is my hope.
Good luck in the 2nd Half to all.

Rockit- Fair enough. I would hope that Bruan would be the bad example for parents to show kids about, drugs, cheating and sports and Jeter the one any parent would want their kids to look up to. Maybe I'm just naive, but I wish the baseball boards here would just stay clean and free of attacks, not many other places on the web are.
Ty for clearing it up- good luck too and have fun in the 2nd half

Give me a break with the "holier than thou" attitude. So you're saying you want your son to grow up to cheat on his taxes and significant other? You're ridiculous. Continually criticizing Braun in every post, meanwhile you idolize Jeter as if he walks on water. Every dad wants their daughter to grow up to receive a morning after gift basket, right?
