What The Heck: Here's an MLB.com Mock Draft

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Tue Oct 14, 2014 2:02 pm

Let's get back to talking about baseball on the field and there's nothing quite like draft results to get us back to that. Here's an industry mock draft that was done with industry writers on MLB.com. Have at it everyone:

I really dont like taking Brantley there at 6. I will take Goldschmidt and find 7 other SBs later in the draft. Especially ahead of all those proven players who have at least delivered top 2 rd results for a couple of years running. I for sure wouldnt have taken him ahead of Gomez.

Two early NFBC drafts, same first 11 players taken in both drafts. In different orders.
Looks like these players will have a very low adp number this year....but we knew that.

Trout
Kershaw
Cabrera
Goldschmidt
Stanton
McCutchen
Abreu
Gomez
Bautista
Jones
Encarnacion
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!
