Alright, let's pick a date ▬ I will propose Friday, Jan 2nd, Saturday 3rd or Sunday 4th ... auction could take 5 hours, so it could be tougher to do that on a regular weeknight given different time zones. Friday evening might be ok since a lot of people might be off anyway. Post your preference.
