Is NFBC aware of their email going to managers with AOL addresses being bounced back as undeliverable?
I would assume so but have never seen it mentioned on the message boards so maybe not.
Does AOL consider all NFBC originated email as spam? Why does this happen?

AOL. Canada really is 15 years behind, isn't it ? My apologies if you've been in a coma for the last 15 years.Deadheadz wrote:Is NFBC aware of their email going to managers with AOL addresses being bounced back as undeliverable?

I don't use AOL but many of the managers (living in the USA) in NFBC leagues are and I keep seeing "Undeliverable email" alerts in my inbox everytime there's a placeholder email sent out by someone from the NFBC league email option.
Why you'd assume I'm using AOL eludes me. I use Prodigy.

Of course we are aware, but this is an AOL issue. They see the number of emails going to multiple addresses and just assume it's Spam. We've tried to explain it to them, but we've had little success. If you have a second email address outside of AOL, I'd recommend using it for these leagues.Deadheadz wrote:Is NFBC aware of their email going to managers with AOL addresses being bounced back as undeliverable?

I am ok with my emails, but I cannot get "redial" to work on my rotary phone....
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Makes me wonder how many managers are branded as slow when they aren't getting the email updates the way the rest of us do on a regular basis.
I'm not really concerned about my own inbox. Just wanted to be sure STATS was aware of the issue and you've told me you are.

Once again, welcome to Corporate America. Incredible that somebody there at AOL can't do something to eliminate the problem. I guess they are too busy counting their bonus money.Greg Ambrosius wrote:Of course we are aware, but this is an AOL issue.
