private satellitte for residants of Quebec

I would like to do a Satellite draft in march with people from Quebec only.I know for sure right now we can be 4 already but i need a least 8 or 11 more people to do it.Greg Ambrosius gonna send emails to help me to people who already participate to NFBC.I think it good be nice to do it.
