There seems to be some problems with the website. Cant get to my slow drafts and its hard to get on at all for some. When can we expect this to be fixed or does someone have a way to get around this.

Me too.
When I try to go to nfbc.stats.com I get an error page with only the following text "<h1>596 Service Not Found</h1>". I'm able to load this site, but the scripts and CSS sheets aren't loading, presumably because they're also hosted on nfbc.stats.com.
I've tried the site on several browsers and also on my phone. I also tried it on 4G and wifi with the same result.
I'm next up in my slow draft so I hope this can be resolved soon. The thing is, other owners in my league are making picks (according to my email updates) so it's obviously not affecting everyone. Help?

Yeah there's something going on with the site. Greg and I are also not receiving external emails. Our tech people are aware of these issues so hopefully everything will be resolved soon.

Log-in the NFFC site, you can access your baseball teams from there.

.
No issues from here. I haven't tried logging out but the draft room is open and we are chatting while waiting for the OTC guy.
Good luck.

Still a problem.
The header for these Boards reads ' 596 Service Not Found'.
It still lets me into the Boards, but nothing else.

Yep, me too. The guys that don't play NFFC are up a creek though...

The problem should be resolved. If anyone is still having trouble accessing the site let us know.

Are you guys unable to log onto the NFBC site? What browser are you using and are you getting an error message? If so can you copy and paste it?

Treid both IE and Chrome. I get this...
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<h1>596 Service Not Found</h1>

It's definitely not the browser or internet carrier ... it seems to be regional, perhaps a caching issue with certain web servers ...

I'm no tech guy so I don't know what the issue could be. Everything is working fine internally. Greg and I can log into accounts and the draft room etc. with no issue. But something's happening externally.

Yep, I can get onto the Message Boards, but not directly to the NFBC unless using KJ's route of looking at teams via NFFC.

It is intermittent. I was unable to login, then I was and made a DC pick, and now I cant again. All from my iPhone.

Our IT people are saying the issue is fixed but it could take some time for everyone to be able to get back on the site like usual.

Yeah keep trying and if it continues to be an issue let us know. You may need to reboot and then try logging back in. Thanks.

If rebooting doesn't work our tech guy suggested doing the following:
They may have to open a command prompt and clear the DNS cache
IPCONFIG/FLUSHDNS is the command

I'll paste the first few lines of the traceroute (the path a request takes from one computer to another) to nfbc.stats.com from my computer. Please pass this on to your web team, as it identifies the server returning the error. You guys are on AWS and this appears to be a web hosting issue, so contacting Amazon should probably be their first step.
Code: Select all
traceroute: Warning: nfbc.stats.com has multiple addresses; using 23.23.152.31
traceroute to api-stats-com-j-2036579319.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com (23.23.152.31), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

OK that might not work.

Are you still unable to log in on your phone? What kind of phone are you using?
