Just a heads up that this year we have moved the clock up to 65 seconds per pick for all NFBC online leagues, including the Rotowire Fantasy Baseball Online Championship. Please use the Draft Prep link before your online drafts because setting up the player default list the way you want it can really save you a lot of time looking for the players you want. And best of all, your player default list always follows you into the next NFBC online draft, so take the time to set it up originally and then just tweak it during the off-season.

We felt that with the Draft Prep and the new online draft room that 65 seconds was sufficient. There is a small buffer in there, so it's actually a little longer than 65 seconds but hopefully it keeps a nice steady pace for everyone in this leagues. Tonight's first Online Championship League is on pace to finish in less than 2 hours and 30 minutes as we have a great group of owners assembled. The clock hasn't played a factor at all tonight.

Anyway, note the small change in the Rules for all leagues and take the time to set your Draft Prep. You can find it under any of your team links, Draft in the green navigational bar. Thanks all and good luck this year.

For clarification this would be applicable for Main Event online leagues, supers, etc... Everything online?

It's been 70 seconds the last few years. We started out at 75, but I think when we moved to STATS we moved it to 70 seconds. Football was 70 seconds, too. Just a small change.
