What Do You Do When Your Boy Is Stronger Than You?

Okay, I know we have a lot of manly men in the NFBC and many of them have young boys who have grown up during the 12 years of the NFBC. I need their advice on a subject I'm dealing with right now: My aging body!!
As many of you know, I have two daughters and a son. My girls are growing up so fast I can hardly believe it and one is already a sophomore in college who just turned 20 last week. I felt old then. My other daughter is ready to get her driver's license. I feel older and my wallet is thinner (another teenager on my car insurance).
But my boy has shot out of nowhere into a man when I was working too much on weeknights. I mean, like what the hell happened between the Las Vegas NFFC drafts and when I got back home? He's 13 years old and he's wearing a size 13 shoe. He's on a weightlifting program and getting stronger by the moment. Dinner is dive in and grab some meat before there's none left for dear old dad. I said there was no way I'd allow him to beat me in one-on-one until he was 15 and now I'm not sure I can get my jumper off over him.
So what do you do when the son is finally outlifting the dad, beating him in one-on-one and driving a golf ball farther than you? Do you give in and compliment him or go the PEDs route? I'm thinking the latter to stay ahead!!
It's a blast to go to the gym and bench with him, seeing my boy really getting into the iron and seeing his body transform, but I'm too old to keep up!! Now what?
I expect some sage advice from my wise customers and not some wise-ass photos!!
Give me some advice or ship me some PEDS. I'm too young to be passed by a kid, but I see it happening. I feel like Vince Lombardi in 1968, knowing that the veterans are ready for the decline and looking for a better gig. Is it time to leave my place in Titletown?
I'll be at the gym when you reply. Tomorrow is abs workout and I don't have a prayer there. My six-pack is from Corona's, not situps. Oh God help me!!!
