Clarify rule on 600 IP

Greg,

I saw that increased the number of Innings total for the year to 600. While I personally vote for 800-900, 600 is a big improvement.

Can you clarify the rules around what will happen for mid-season leagues? i.e. will you need to draft atleast 300 innnings and get 300 innnings in the second half? or could you draft people who had a good start, got hurt, then ride their stats (i.e. MATHIS LEAGUE)

Spy The Mathis League would have a 600 IP minimum, which will appeal to more people in 2007. The other leagues would have a 300 IP minimum. The Mathis League is a unique setup, but with a much higher IP level, everyone will be using the same type of strategy.
