Just wondering............

Based upon previous years' standings, what would you use for statistical drafting targets for a 15 team main event league? What about the Primetime 12 team league?

Has anyone posted those numbers or do you prefer we interpret the data ourselves?
I realize it's not your job to give us the numbers but I've seen the question asked a few times with no hard numbers in the answers.

Can't blame you if you're wanting to keep the good info out of the hands of your competitors.

in your team pages under standings/ overall there is a listing of all contests since 2011 . I think you could figure it out from there.

Actually, the numbers were shared a couple weeks ago in a similar post.

I haven't verified the accuracy, but they went something like this:

Avg: .267-.282
HR: 237-292
R: 989-1115
SB: 155-216
RBI: 956-1121

ERA: 3.32-2.91
W: 99-139
WHIP: 1.91-1.07
K: 1416-1588
SV: 90-163

I believe the numbers represent the 80% mark to the top mark.

2014 15-team Main = 420 teams. To get 336 points (80%) in each category you would have needed:

Ave = .2673
Runs = 988
HR = 237
RBI = 956
SB = 156

Wins = 100
Saves = 89
Ks = 1415
ERA = 3.325
WHIP = 1.191

2014 12-team Primetime = 240 teams. To get 192 points (80%) in each category you would have needed:

Ave = .2696
Runs = 1037
HR = 251
RBI = 1001
SB = 166

Wins = 104
Saves = 96
Ks = 1460
ERA = 3.272
WHIP = 1.175

If you did hit all of the above targets you would have finished 11th Overall in the Main and 8th overall in the Primetime. What an amazing job by Eric Heberlig in the primetime - captured 92.2% of the possible points.

Hmm....looks like I might have copied it wrong. I expect it is an error somewhere along the line. Either it was wrong in the original post, I copied it wrong, or I typed it wrong in this post, but you're right,...far too high.
