Just want to make sure I am correct on this. This nomination order lets use Dan Kenyon nominating 6th, does that mean he has pick 10 in round 24 for the reserve players? I am trying to set my kds for my auction and want to make sure I have this info correct. Thank you

Round 24 starts fresh. Team #1 will make the first selection, so Dan will get the 6th pick
in Round #24. When we reach the 15th pick, Mike Edelman will finish round #24 and then begin round #25
as it will start back the opposite direction. Hope that helps.

Correct. We view it as Round 1 of the reserve round, not so much Round 24. You bid for your first 23 players.
