So now I hate catchers as well as closers
.Maybe we could just use dummy placeholders like we do in my AL-only and NL-only leagues and punt catching completely

Have Vogt in a couple of leagues and as of last night (Wednesday), he was up to 9 games at catcher. He will probably be a mediocre option, but given how bad catchers have been, I am actually giddy at the thought of being able to use him...

Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

But 14 K's in 8 games.
That's a pace that would embarrass Dave Kingman

Now, that's an idea. Is the 4 HR and 22 RBI worth the year-long .200 avg as a trade-off?mlbbug wrote:So now I hate catchers as well as closers.Maybe we could just use dummy placeholders like we do in my AL-only and NL-only leagues and punt catching completely
