quick question regarding Axford's stats

Post by Rog » Fri May 08, 2015 3:42 pm

His stat line on my teams is showing
Starters Pos IP ERA W WHIP K SV
Axford, John P 0.0 - 0 - 0 0
I am pretty sure I watched him pitch the other night and walk 2 hitters and gave up an earned run in mop up duty.
I know this hurts my team but I did start him and do deserve that earned run he gave up

His stats are included. Software just doesn't have a way to describe an infinite ERA or Whip. But the stats are certainly included in your team ERA and WHIP.

To eliminate confusion in cases like Axford, in which he doesn't record even one out, his E.R.A. and WHIP should read 'INF' for infinity instead of zeroes.
On my tombstone-
Wait! I never had the perfect draft!

Are you saying that Axford gave up so many base runners and runs that not even a computer can count that high? Damn, that's a bad outing.
