I don't pretend to be any kind of expert here, and sometimes can't explain why I pick certain guys other than hunches. Picked in the #1 position. Top six picks:

3.) A. Ramirez (wanted Atkins, but long gone)

5.) Lugo

6.) Matsuzaka



Picking on the end is tough, as it seems you are always a round behind, and have to be proactive to avoid getting left out in a "run".
