Drafted Roster '07

I participated in my first mock draft tonight. I was picking 9th. For my first draft, I wanted to try and reach the following projections while picking the next best player, regardless of position (first 15 rounds, with a few minor exceptions - left a couple "sleepers' to see where others chose them, so I know where to pick them later.)
Avg - .2858 Runs - 1168 HR - 299 RBI - 1135 SB - 169
ERA - 4.029 W - 105 Whip - 1.302 K - 1217 Sv - 90
These numbers would have won $100K last year, so I figure it's a good place to start. Rather than use my own projections, I decided to use those by Shandler, just to keep things more objective, and allow me to test a new ranking system I've been tinkering with for this year.

There was not a round 30. The six players listed as reserves are nothaving thier stats included in projections. I had some reaches and some picks I was happy with. I came up short on SB's - as usual...anyway, here are my projected totals according to Shandler, along with the points that would have been earned in '06 based on the projections. (I know...apples and oranges, but interesting to me anyway...)

Total points = 2,625.5 (2nd place overall)
The point of this isn't to toot my own horn...believe, I know I'm not close to finishing there an this is based on last year's numbers and projections from an "industry expert." I know there are a couple players listed who would not perform up to their projected levels...what I am asking for is help...can someone please advise how I could improve my draft to pick up more SB's. (Normally my Avg is also low. In this draft, I overcompensated in Avg, ERA and Whip.)
