Yesterday, I hit 1592 strikeouts for the season, eclipsing the record of 1588 (set last year by Joe Thelen).
It wasn't by plan. I have a 243 K lead in my league. How did this happen? It started by drafting Kershaw, Sale, Archer, and Fiers (rounds 1, 3, 14, 15). Oh, and my (former) closers were Rodney and Reed. I am now punting saves and playing 9 SP. I'm still second in my league in wins, so I guess I'll try to make the Ks record hard to reach...
