We're nearing the end of the baseball season and that means it soon will be time for us to pay our winners. So with that in mind here's a reminder that all U.S.-based NFBC prize winners must fill out the Online W9 form on your team page in order to receive your winnings. No checks will be sent until this form is filled out and submitted online.

NOTE: Canadian residents do not need to fill out this form.

You also do not need to fill out the form if you have won money from us in the NFBC, NFFC or NFBKC in the past four years and your contact information has not changed in that time. Do Canadian residents need to do anything to get paid, or should I just expect a cheque in the mail? Any ETA on those?

Canadian residents do not need to fill out the form. Checks should go out in the next 2-3 weeks.

Although I already sent my Direct Deposit form is there a way I can double-check so there's no confusion?

A reminder that ALL U.S. residents must fill out this form in order to receive your prizes. Please make sure you do this so that your prize can be sent. It is found under Settings on your team page. Thanks.
