Anson Chan Wins 2015 NFBC Auction Championship

CONGRATS to Anson Chan of Tenafly, New Jersey as he won the 2015 NFBC Auction Championship and the $22,500 grand prize. Anson won this title by also winning the New York $2,500 Auction Championship League, earning another $20,000 league prize. Now that's the way to get it done!!

Anson finished with 123 league points (82 percent of available points) and he won the overall title with 1,336.5 points (81.0 percent of available points). Anson is a longtime NFBC player who this year decided to concentrate on just the Auction Championship, taking out four different teams in New York City. Those teams finished 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th in their respective leagues, so job well done.

Congrats to Michael Leone, who finished second overall and to Ross Longood, who along with his brother Patrick navigated two teams into the Top 5 overall. Here's a look at the overall money winners in this format:
