Just a question for anyone who has been involved in one of the auction where multi locations were put together to form a league. How do they work?

Telephone hookup installed. Much more room to spread out in most cases. Runs just as smooth as a live draft........Greg and Co. have it all figured out. No worries.

Last year's $650 NL Auction was split between Tampa and Chicago and was extremely painful. It lasted almost 7.5 hours. There were constant problems with the telephone system, and everything ended up getting relayed through the auctioneer on the phone instead of a speakerphone. There were at least a dozen times when one of us in Tampa was awarded a player only to be told 5 seconds later "oh wait, there was a last second bid in Chicago". That kind of stress for 7+ hours can really take its toll on you.
I think the concept works fine as long as the telecomm issues are handled properly and there's a good phone system and speakerphone. Otherwise, look out.

BEF: Sorry to read about that. Must have been beyond difficult. I can only speak from my experiences and didn't encounter any problems.
