New Years 4 Hour Draft

Post by DOUGHBOYS » Sat Dec 26, 2015 4:12 pm

We are looking to start a four hour DC Draft to start on New Years Day.
Looking for a good pace and we'll talk about the clock each night before going to sleep, so nobody gets jobbed.
This is a 'low pressure' fast DC.
A couple of the fellas are fire fighters who cannot draft during emergencies (I know, amateurs right?)
So if needing an hour, it's ok.
Just add your name on this thread if interested.
When full, names will be forwarded to Greg/Tom.
Thanks All.

I need to be in at least one Dough chat DC, plus Massotto is gonna finish my planned new years DC in about 3 days so I'll join.

Let's see, a draft I don't need to facilitate on a Holiday weekend no less? And with you, Dough? And KJ?! C'mon! How can I pass this up. :D And of course, by posting my name here other quality competitors will follow, so count me in.

This is too good to pass up. Like being able to sit in a physics lecture with Einstein and Hawkins. I will donate.

Wait for softer competition Gek, this one wouldn't work well for you.

Wow. Sounds great. I'd like in please. Hated to pass up MTM's Christmas fast draft, but I had too much going on this week. New Year's Day, however, should be perfect for me. Thanks!

Better get with Tom to pause this draft. I see it is set for 12/29 instead of 1/1.

KDS for this draft will be run tonight. So, everybody make sure that KDS is set the way you like it today.

As Tom said, set your KDS preferences tonight, look for draft spots tomorrow and at 1:00 tomorrow Tom will pause this league. Hopefully he can set it up early on New Year's Day for you to start at 11 am ET.

A special thanks to Dan and Mike for setting up these fast drafts. They have taken the initiative to set these up and to run them and we appreciate them. If people want more of these and they need us to set these up without Dan and Mike or KJ having to compete in them as well just let us know. We obviously can't be on text as much, but we'll do what we can. These can easily be set up as 4-Hour DCs and then you guys can go at your own pace.

Again, thanks for creating these and hopefully we can continue these going forward. Let me or Tom know if you need any help along the way. Thanks all and ENJOY!!

To Greg's point, I set this up in helping Scott Davis and his firefighting buddies get a draft to their liking together.
If somebody else needs help in getting together a draft at a later date, I'd be more than happy to help them out as well.
If not wanting me to participate, no feelings hurt at all.
I want to see more drafts that are compatable for all drafters.
